Patios activos y coeducativos. Importancia de llegar a todo el alumnado

Abstract

[spa] Los patios activos y coeducativos surgen para mejorar la salud y el bienestar de los niños y niñas. Además, ayudan a concienciar y mejorar actitudes o comportamientos sociales. Constituyen un espacio donde todo el alumnado tiene lugar, siendo un sitio libre para divertirse, socializar y mejorar la actividad física. Este trabajo recoge una propuesta para mejorar el patio de una escuela de Mallorca. Después de realizar observaciones y entrevistas se han podido ver las carencias y las necesidades que el patio tenía. De esta manera, se ha podido elaborar una propuesta adecuada a la escuela. Esta mejora se quiere llevar a cabo para crear un lugar más diverso, donde la actividad física y la cohesión de grupo se pueda potenciar. Esta iniciativa está constituida por la creación de diversas zonas para jugar, espacios tranquilos, más zonas habilitadas de que las que antes había y la creación de mediadores de patio. Sumado a esto, la iniciativa también recoge la importancia de la implicación de todo el equipo docente para un buen funcionamiento del proyecto.

[eng] Active and coeducational playtimes emerge with the objective of improving children’s health and well-being. In addition, they help raising awareness and improving social aptitudes and behaviors. They establish a safe space where all students are accepted, being a free space to have fun, socializing and improving physical activities. This project collects a proposal to improve the playtime in a Mallorca primary school. After developing observations and interviews it has been possible to analyze the deficiencies and needs that the playtime had. In this way, it has been possible to elaborate a proper proposal for the school. The objective of the improvement is to create a diversified space, where the physical activity and group cohesion can be enhanced. This initiative is established within the creation of different areas to play, more quiet spaces, more habilitated spaces that there were before and the creation of playtime mediators. Taking all of this into account, the proposal also reflects the importance of the all teaching team implication in order to ensure a good functioning of the project.
