Estudi de cas: anàlisi de les competències clau de la funció directiva en la gestió d'un centre educatiu

Abstract

[cat] En aquest estudi es comentarà i s’analitzarà les competències i funcions claus que ha de dur a terme l’equip directiu a l’hora de poder gestionar un centre escolar. Tots coneixem la figura del director dins un centre educatiu, però no som conscients de totes les funcions i responsabilitats que ha de dur a terme perquè el centre pugui funcionar de manera òptima. L’objectiu principal d’aquest estudi és analitzar, mitjançant una recerca bibliogràfica quines són les funcions que ha de realitzar un director en un centre escolar. Una vegada es tingui el marc teòric, es farà un qüestionari relacionat amb les funcions de l’equip directiu al CEIP Sant Jordi, a partir de la informació i els resultats obtinguts, es realitzarà una intervenció dins el centre per poder resoldre les mancances que trobem mitjançant l’anàlisi. Com a objectius secundaris podem trobar l’anàlisi de les funcions de l’equip directiu i de les relacions que hi ha entre el professorat i l’equip directiu mitjançant les eines TIC com poden ser un qüestionari online. Un altre objectiu que detectam és la millora dels problemes trobam dins el centre mitjançant l’eina de la intervenció personal. Aquest estudi de cas no es vol centrar únicament en les funcions de l’equip directiu, sinó que també vol indagar en les relacions que hi ha entre docents i equip directiu a l’hora de realitzar totes les funcions que ha d’exercir. Per poder dur a terme aquest estudi de cas primer es farà una recerca d’un marc teòric per d’aquesta manera entendre quines funcions són les que ha de realitzar tot l’equip directiu perquè el centre educatiu pugui funcionar de manera correcta. Una vegada es tingui el marc teòric, es realitzarà un qüestionari amb la modalitat de recerca empírica, que es pasarà als docents i l’equip directiu. Després d’haver obtingut els resultats, es farà amb la modalitat de planificació d’una intervenció professional una petita intervenció per resoldre les dificultats observades amb els resultats obtinguts del qüestionari proposat.

[eng] This study will discuss and analyze the key competences and functions that the management team must carry out when managing a school. We all know the figure of the director within an educational center, but we are not aware of all the functions and responsibilities that it must carry out so that the center can function optimally. The main objective of this study is to analyze, through bibliographic research, what are the functions that a director must perform in a school. Once the theoretical framework has been established, a questionnaire related to the functions of the management team at CEIP Sant Jordi will be made, based on the information and results obtained, an intervention will be carried out within the center to be able to solve the shortcomings that we find through the analysis. As secondary objectives we can find the analysis of the functions of the management team and the relationships between the teachers and the management team through ICT tools such as an online questionnaire. Another objective that we detect is the improvement of the problems we find in the center through the tool of personal intervention. This case study is not only about the functions of the management team, but also wants to investigate the relationships between teachers and management team when performing all the functions they have to perform. In order to carry out this case study first, a research will be carried out on a theoretical framework in order to understand what functions the entire management team must perform so that the educational center can function correctly. Once the theoretical framework has been established, a questionnaire will be carried out with the empirical research modality, which will be passed to the teachers and the management team. After obtaining the results, a small intervention will be carried out with the planning modality of a professional intervention to solve the difficulties observed with the results obtained from the proposed questionnaire.
