Les Pràctiques Restauratives i la seva implementació efectiva als centres educatius

[cat] Aquest treball de final de grau explora la implementació efectiva de les pràctiques restauratives als centres educatius. Mitjançant una revisió sistemàtica de la literatura, s'han analitzat els beneficis d'aquestes pràctiques pel que fa a la millora del clima escolar, les relacions dins la comunitat educativa, la reducció de comportaments disruptius i la promoció d'un entorn més inclusiu. Els resultats indiquen que les pràctiques restauratives poden tenir un impacte positiu significatiu en aquests àmbits, tot i que encara es necessiten més investigacions per entendre plenament la seva relació amb el rendiment acadèmic. S'han identificat barreres i facilitadors per a la seva implementació, destacant la importància de la formació adequada del personal i el suport institucional. Finalment, se subratlla la necessitat d'optimitzar la implementació d'aquestes pràctiques i de superar les barreres existents, especialment en un context mundial marcat per conflictes, on la gestió constructiva del conflicte és essencial per a la convivència pacífica i la cohesió social.

[eng] This final degree project explores the effective implementation of restorative practices in educational settings. Through a systematic literature review, the benefits of these practices in improving school climate, relationships within the educational community, reducing disruptive behaviors, and promoting a more inclusive environment have been analyzed. The results indicate that restorative practices can have a significant positive impact in these areas, although more research is needed to fully understand their relationship with academic performance. Barriers and facilitators for their implementation have been identified, highlighting the importance of proper staff training and institutional support. Finally, the need to optimize the implementation of these practices and overcome existing barriers is emphasized, especially in a global context marked by conflicts, where constructive conflict management is essential for peaceful coexistence and social cohesion.
