Este trabajo consiste en un plan de negocios para un proyecto empresarial propio, cuyo objetivo principal es definir y explicar el producto que se pretende fabricar y llevar al mercado, los métodos que se emplearan, el mercado objetivo, los clientes, riesgos, la necesidad de financiación y por último analizar la cuenta de resultados. La idea consiste en resolver el problema que algunas personas tienen con la caída de la cristalería o vajillas desde la mesa u otro lugar. Se trata de un producto mejorado el cual añade muchos beneficios respecto a aquellos ofrecidos por la competencia.
El trabajo empieza por un resumen ejecutivo cuya finalidad es llamar la atención de los posibles interesados en el proyecto, pero también sirve para resumir los elementos más importantes. Los puntos siguientes son: la descripción de la idea, donde se explica con detalle el producto, sus características y beneficios; el estudio de mercado, en el cual se analiza el micro y macro entorno así como el mercado y su tamaño, los clientes, los proveedores y la competencia; el plan de márquetin con el estudio de las 4 variables de éste (producto, precio, distribución y promoción).
Los últimos puntos de este plan de negocios se refieren, por una parte, a las actividades necesarias para crear valor, y por otra, a la relación coste beneficio del proyecto teniendo en cuenta la posible demanda que tendría el producto.
This work consists of a business plan for own business project, whose main objective is to define and explain the product that is intended to produce and bring to market, the methods that will be used, the target market, customers, risks, the need for funding and finally analyze the income statement. The idea is to solve the problem some people have with the fall of glassware or tableware from the table or elsewhere. It is an improved product which provides many benefits over the ones offered by the competition.
The work begins with an executive summary which aims to draw the attention of the interested parties in the project, but also serves to summarize the most important elements. The following points are: the description of the idea, which explains in detail the product, its features and benefits; the market study, which analyzes the micro and macro environment as well as the market itself and its size, customers, suppliers and competition; the plan of marketing with which studies the 4 variables (product, price, distribution and promotion).
The last points of this business plan are, on the one hand, the activities required to create value, and on the other, the cost benefit relationship of the project taking into account the possible demand that would have the product.
