El món de les emocions, a partir del contes, a l’etapa de l’Educació Infantil: Expressió i autocontrol

Abstract

[cat]Les emocions són presents a la nostra vida des del naixement i ens acompanyen al llarg de tota la via, per això és important treballar-les des de ben petits. Els contes són un element important a tenir en compte per treballar les emocions, ja que els infants, a partir d’aquest univers màgic que ens ofereixen els contes, es poden veure reflectits en els seus personatges i aquest fet també els permet identificar, expressar i aprendre a gestionar les seves emocions. En aquest treball s’intenta mostrat la importància de les emocions dins una aula d’educació infantil, així com també una proposta didàctica en la qual es treballa l’expressió i l’autocontrol de les emocions, a partir dels contes i una activitat relacionada amb cada conte.

[eng]Emotions are present in our lives from birth and they live with us all our lives. For that reason, we have to learn how to deal with them. We should learn about our emotions when we are children. Fairy tales are a very important tool to learn about emotions. The magic world of fairy tales helps us analyze emotions with detachment. Children can see themselves reflected in the characters. This identification allows them to identify, express and learn how to control their emotions. This project tries to show the importance of emotions for children between three and six years old. It is also a didactic proposal that provides tools to work the expression and the selfcontrol of emotions through fairy tales and activities related them.
