Economic viability of a business project: Management Contracting a three-Star hotel in Ningbo

Abstract

[eng] This paper shows the viability of management contracting a three star hotel in Ningbo by presenting its budget plan. First, it gives an overview of the hospitality industry in China, especially in Ningbo; second, it shows the demand profile of hospitality industry in China and especially in Ningbo; third, it shows a detailed budget plan, explaining the functional design and job positioning design, also the cash flow at the first year of running a three hotel and indicating the viability of this business project; finally, in the conclusion, it predicts the future running situation of our hotel in next few years, and then gives the reason why running a middle scale hotel in Ningbo can be viable.
