Estudio del mercado laboral en el sector turístico. Productividad y nivel educativo

Abstract

[spa] El TFG tiene como objetivo conocer con mayor profundidad la situación actual del mercado laboral español en general, y turístico en particular. Para ello se ha recurrido a diferentes fuentes de datos como Eurostat, INE, Exceltur o Turespaña y se han revisado algunos trabajos académicos y páginas webs como la del Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social o de la Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales. Se realizan diferentes comparativas entre la situación de España y de algunos países de la Zona Euro en materia de empleo para entender las diferencias existentes y cómo ha afectado la crisis económica al mercado de trabajo español. Por otro lado, se analizan diferentes datos del sector turístico en materia de empleo para ver cómo ha reaccionado el sector y en qué medida se ha visto afectado. Finalmente se realizan de nuevo algunas comparativas entre España y otros países de la Zona Euro en materia de productividad por sectores productivos.

[eng] The aim of this paper is to have further knowledge about the current Spanish labor market in general, and the tourism sector in particular. For this purpose it has used different data sources such as Eurostat, INE, Exceltur or Tourspain, and some academic papers and websites such as the Ministry of Employment and Social Security or the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations. On the one hand, are made different comparisons on employment between the situation in Spain and some countries in the Euro Zone to understand the differences and how the economic crisis has affected the Spanish labor market. On the other hand, different data on tourism sector employment are analyzed to see how the industry are reacted and how much has been affected. Finally, are made some new comparisons about economic sectors productivity between Spain and other countries in the Euro Zone.
