[spa] En este trabajo de fin de grado sobre un proyecto de management de un hotel de 3 estrellas en la Playa de Palma, analizaré las principales tendencias y magnitudes del turismo en el ámbito mundial, español y balear. Después de un breve análisis del mercado turístico, detallaré las principales cláusulas, características y duración del contrato de management que he pactado con el dueño del hotel en cuestión. La creación de un plan estratégico, donde reflejaré los principales objetivos, valores, visión, análisis y el plan de acción, me servirá para presupuestar una estimación trimestral de cara a los próximos 5 años. Este presupuesto me ayudará a crear un análisis de la viabilidad económica de la gestión del proyecto empresarial que llevaré a cabo.

[eng] In this work of end of degree on a project of management of a 3 star hotel in Playa de Palma, I will analyse the main trends and magnitudes of the tourism in the world, Spanish country and Balearic Islands. After a brief analysis of the tourist market, I will detail the main clauses, characteristics and duration of the contract of management on that I have agreed with the proprietor of the hotel in question. The creation of a strategic plan, where I will reflect the main targets, values, vision, analysis and the action plan, they will serve to me to budget for a quarterly estimation facing the next 5 years. This budget will help me to create an analysis of the economic viability of the management of the business project that I will carry out.
