[eng] This study aims to investigate and develop detailed information on how Spring
Airlines, a chinese low cost airline was founded, how it operates and how it
maintains itself against all other competition in all the markets where the company
has operations both domestically and internationally.
The study is divided into four main parts. The first part is the introduction to the
airline in which we will explain how the company was created and how it has evolved
to operations today.
In the second part of the study we will focus on competition. We will first investigate
the competition Spring Airlines has in international operations and secondly within
the regional and domestic markets.
Thirdly we will explain what advantages can Spring Airlines have as a Low Cost and
also the part where it differentiates itself from others and what impact can this have
in customer expectations and satisfaction.
Finally we will deliver some conclusions on the research made |
