dc.description.abstract [eng] This study aims to investigate and develop detailed information on how Spring Airlines, a chinese low cost airline was founded, how it operates and how it maintains itself against all other competition in all the markets where the company has operations both domestically and internationally. The study is divided into four main parts. The first part is the introduction to the airline in which we will explain how the company was created and how it has evolved to operations today. In the second part of the study we will focus on competition. We will first investigate the competition Spring Airlines has in international operations and secondly within the regional and domestic markets. Thirdly we will explain what advantages can Spring Airlines have as a Low Cost and also the part where it differentiates itself from others and what impact can this have in customer expectations and satisfaction.
