Inserció laboral per a persones discapacitades. Costos i eficiència

Abstract

La mala situació econòmica que hem viscut i estem vivint al nostre país, ens dona peu a analitzar amb més profunditat com afecta o han afectat els canvis soferts a tots els grups socials de la nostra població. Els discapacitats seran els principals protagonistes d’aquest estudi. S’analitzarà com ha afectat aquest empitjorament de l'economia als discapacitats, incidint amb més profunditat al caire laboral. Veurem com es tracta als discapacitats dins el món laboral, des del camí per arribar a una bona feina, fins a la discriminació dins el mon salarial. Una vegada mostrat amb detall la problemàtica dels discapacitats a l’hora de l’ inserció laboral, s'exposarà com actua el nostre Govern per tal d’ajudar-los, i farem una petita comparació amb altres països. Per acabar s'exposarà unes possibles polítiques que ajudarien aconseguir una millor inserció social d’aquest col·lectiu.

The bad economical situation that we have lived, it has produced a lot of changes in all the social groups in our country. That is the point what is going to be studied. The study is going to be focused on the disabled. Where we could see how their economical situation are getting worst because of their job situation. On one hand, it will be shown how difficult could be for the disabled to achieve a good job and how they are discriminated with their salaries. On the other hand, after show the problems that the disabled suffer to find a job, it will be explained how the Government acts to help them and it will be compared with another countries. Finally, it will be explained some different policies that could help the disabled to get a better social integration.
