Comparació de dos Projectes Lingüístics de Centre i Proposta de millora (Projecte Lingüístic Propi)

Abstract

[cat] Aquest treball consisteix en l’anàlisi del Projecte Lingüístic de Centre de dues escoles diferents. El que hem fet és el següent: analitzar per separat ambdós projectes, comparar-los i finalment proposar un projecte nou propi, el qual recull els aspectes que considerem més positius de cada projecte, juntament amb noves aportacions que ens sembla que mancaven. La metodologia que empraré per fer aquest treball està basada en la interacció amb el personal dels centres que he escollit i amb la consulta de documents i investigació per dur a terme la proposta de millora. Les conclusions que podem extreure són prou interessants. Si una escola té més o menys recursos, si és privada o no, si té més personal docent que una altra,... tot això res té a veure amb l’elaboració d’un projecte lingüístic de qualitat. Molts de cops, les escoles que aparentment tenen menys possibilitats, són les que millor treballen i les que més s’esforcen i obtenen, per tant, millors resultats.

[eng] This work is the analysis of two different language projects of two different schools. What we have done is the following: two projects separately analysed, compare and finally propose their own new project, which we believe reflects the positive aspects of each project, together with new contributions that seems lacking. The methodology that I will use to make this work is based on the interaction with the staff of the centers that have chosen and consult documents and research to carry out the proposed improvement. The conclusions we can draw are quite interesting. If a school has more or less resources, whether it is private or not, if you have more teachers than another, staff ... all this has nothing to do with the development of a language project quality. Often, schools with less advantages, do the best working and strive more, for that, they get better results.
