[eng] Children learning English as a second language try not to understand what we want them to learn, but rather they are focused on passing the subject. That is because they are not motivated enough because of the difficulty that causes learning a foreign language with almost nothing to do with their mother tongue. To increase that motivation, the English subject ought to be, if not funnier, more interesting to them. In this project, I present an activity that not only motivates the pupils, but also engages them to make an effort to keep learning by themselves. Through storytelling and the concept of storyplacing, I will create a learning environment in which students are enticed to care about this subject, by fostering critical thinking and a reflection on their own learning process.
