L’educació emocional a partir de la literatura infantil. Les emocions i els contes de la mà

[cat] A l’àmbit educatiu es conversa molt sobre l’educació emocional i sobre la importància que té formar a uns alumnes emocionalment intel·ligents. Però, els docents saben de què es tracta exactament? Saben com posar-ho en pràctica? S’aplica a les escoles? Què és més important la raó o la emoció? En aquest treball s’exposa què és l’educació emocional, d’on va sorgir, per què la treballen des de la literatura infantil i, sobretot, per què contar contes. Vaig decidir treballar-ho des dels contes perquè els alumnes s’identifiquen amb els personatges, empatitzen amb ells i senten les mateixes emocions. D’aquesta manera, els infants poden posar nom al que senten i els docents donar-los unes pautes d’actuació. Per altra banda, s’analitzen alguns centres educatius i es detecten possibles mancances en quant a l’educació emocional. A partir d’aquestes, s’ha elaborat un programa d’educació emocional amb la finalitat de millorar aquest àmbit d’una manera pràctica. Aquest programa treballa la por i la gelosia entre germans a primer cicle de Primària, sentiments molt comuns entre els infants. També es reflexiona breument sobre la importància de la formació dels docents en aquest àmbit. En definitiva, en aquest treball es pretén prendre consciència de la importància que tenen els programes d’educació emocional a partir de la literatura infantil i donar pautes de com elaborar-los per a que siguin efectius i tinguin èxit.

[eng] Nowadays, in education discussing about emotional education and on the importance of training students about emotional intelligence. But, do the teachers know what is it about? Do they know how to put it on practice? Does it apply into the schools? What is more important the reason or the emotion? In this final degree project I expose what is the emotional education, where did it appear, why do they work it from children’s literature and, especially, the reason of telling stories. I decided work it from stories because the students identify with the characters, they empathize with them and they feel the same emotions. This way, the children can put a name to what they feel and the teachers can give them some action guidelines. On the other hand, some schools are analyzed and are detected possible absence of emotional education. Starting from these, I’ve made an emotional education program with the aim of improve this area in a practical way. This program works the fear and jealousy between brothers in first grade of primary, feelings that are very common between children. Also, it briefly reflects about the importance of the teacher’s formation in this area. Finally, the main objective of this final degree project is to become aware about the importance that the emotional education program has from the children’s literature and give some action guidelines of how to elaborate them to be effectives and successful.
