[cat] L’accessibilitat és un dret per a tots els individus present a la constitució i regulat per varis decrets. Les barreres que dificulten o impedeixen l’accés s’han d’eliminar, és fonamental prendre mesures per garantir que tots gaudeixin dels drets que tenen com a ciutadans. Així, tots, independentment de les capacitats, han de tenir accés a la cultura, els museus, per tant, els deficients visuals també. A l’hora de planificar i prendre mesures s’han de tenir en compte el canal auditiu i el tacte, per on perceben el seu entorn i es construeixen les pròpies imatges mentals.
