Comparativa de les sortides professionals i la inserció laboral del pedagog/a a Espanya i Alemanya

[cat] Actualment ens trobam en una societat on els joves s‟enfrenten a un mercat laboral molt complex, canviant, competitiu i a on les oportunitats són molt escasses. Si ja partim des d‟aquesta concepció, encara pot resultar més difícil per a algunes professions on la seva funció en un lloc de feina la pot exercir una titulació o també altres estudis molt propers, com és el cas del grau de Pedagogia. Esteim parlant de llocs de treball dinàmics i competitius, on l‟ adquisició d‟ un títol universitari no és garantia d‟aconseguir feina. Per aquest motiu, em disposo a fer un petit anàlisi de com era l‟inserció laboral dels pedagogs fa uns anys i de com és ara amb els estudiants del grau de Pedagogia i a més fer una petita comparació amb la inserció laboral de la professió del pedagog a Alemanya, per intentar analitzar quines semblances i/o diferències existeixen en la situació dels pedagogs a n‟aquest país. La finalitat, doncs, d‟aquest treball és analitzar i comparar els procesos d‟inserció laboral dels pedagogs en dos països europeus –Espanya i Alemanya-i fer-ho a partir d‟una entrevista realitzada a diversos subjectes informants clau sobre la seva experiència en l‟inserció laboral per poder obtenir una visió més global sobre quines són les variables influeixen en una millor inserció laboral de la figura del pedagog. D‟aquesta manera es pretén conèixer el panorama actual del pedagog a Espanya dins el mercat laboral, si ha canviat en el temps i quin és el panorama d‟aquest profesional a Alemanya. També podrem comprovar si allò que s‟ aprèn a la universitat és realment el que sol·liciten les empreses al món laboral i quan de temps es triga a trobar feina un cop acabats els estudis universitàris de Pedagogia.

[eng] Nowadays we live in a society where the youngsters confront to a labour market very complexe and where the opportunities are very scarce. If already we split of this conception, still can result more difficult for some university careers where his function in a place of work can it desempeñar this career or other very next studies, how is the case of the degree of Pedagogy. Esteim Speaker of a place of dynamic and competitive work, where the acquisition of a university title did not guarantee of work. For this reason, have me to do a small analysis of how was the labour insertion of the pedagogs does some years and of how is now with the students of the degree of Pedagogy and besides do a small comparison with the labour insertion of the profession of the pedagog in Germany, to try analyse which similarities and/or differences exist in the situation of the pedagogs to this country. The purpose, then, of this work is to analyse the answers of an interview realised to several subjects on his experiencia in the labour insertion for can obtain a more global vision on which are the variables that provide a better labour insertion of the figure of the pedagog. Of this way know the current panorama of the pedagog in Spain, if it has changed in the time and which is the panorama of this profesional in Germany. Also we will be able to check if what learns to the university is really what companies demand and when of time take to find work with formal agreement.
