Prevenció del micromasclisme a l'àmbit educatiu

Abstract

[cat] A aquest treball es duu a terme una revisió teòrica dels conceptes relacionats amb la igualtat de gènere i els micromasclismes, concretament a l'àmbit educatiu. A partir de la concepció de l'educació com una eina de canvi i transformació social, es pretén treballar des de l'àmbit educatiu per tal d'aconseguir un canvi social en la temàtica del gènere. Llavors, donat el paper que juga l'escola en la transmissió de valors, es realitza una investigació a l'alumnat i professorat per tal de conèixer la situació actual dels diferents centres en aquesta temàtica, i a partir d'aquí, dissenyar i elaborar un pla de formació dirigit a l'equip docent. De manera que, es pretén formar al professorat en els coneixements i destreses necessàries per a deixar de banda l'actual model educatiu basat en l'androcentrisme i avançar cap a un model coeducatiu en el que nins i nines són iguals i tenen les mateixes oportunitats. Per tant, l'objectiu és acabar amb tots aquells micromasclismes i estereotips de gènere que es troben invisibilitzats a la nostra societat, degut a la seva naturalització, a partir de l'educació.

[eng] This project is about a theoretical review of the concepts related to gender equality and the maleness, concretely in the educational area. From the conception of education as a tool for social change and transformation, it is intended to work from education to achieve social change in the subject of gender. Then, because of the role of the school in the transmission of values, an investigation is realized to pupils and teachers to learn about the current situation of different centers in this area, and from there, to design and develop a training program aimed at teaching staff. In this way, it aims to show teachers the habilities and knowledge required to set aside the current educational model based on androcentrism and advance towards a co-educational model in which boys and girls are equal and have the same opportunities. Therefore, the aim is to stop all micromasclismes and gender stereotypes that are invisible in our society, because of their naturalization, from the education.
