Coaching educatiu, gestió de les emocions i la seva importància a les escoles

Abstract

[cat] Actualment, en un context social de continues transformacions, el món educatiu reclama una actualització i una innovació encaminada cap a l’ensenyament qualitatiu i significatiu. Són necessàries noves eines i una millor formació per part dels docents per poder fer front a aquest nou repte de l’educació. Això doncs, el següent treball pretén aprofundir en el coaching educatiu i la gestió de les emocions com a tècniques educatives i observar-ne el grau d’importància atorgat a les escoles.

[eng] In the actuality, in a social context with continuous transformations, the educative system claims a modernization and an innovation focused on the qualitative and meaningful education. New tools are needed for a better teacher’s formation so they can effort the new challenge of education. Therefore, the following work pretends to deepen about educative coaching and the management of emotions as an educative technique and also remark the importance given to that subject in schools.
