L'atenció primerenca a l'autisme

Abstract

[cat] El treball de fi de grau pretén donar a conèixer l’autisme i l’atenció primerenca dirigida als nens i nens autistes, cercant informació sobre el significat i tot lo que comporta el terme de d’atenció primerenca. La primera part dur a terme una evolució històrica del trastorn de l’autisme, on a partir de la primera menció que va fer Bleuler es va creant el terme del que ara en coneixem com a TEA (Trastorn d’espectre autista). Aquesta evolució posa de manifest les diverses propostes de diferents autors sobre el trastorn, i sobretot es pot observar a través del DSM que durant els anys va anar classificant els trastorns. Els DSM és un element important a la hora de elaborar uns criteris de diagnòstic i realitzar els nivells de severitat que té un trastorn. Per tant, les propostes d’autors, juntament amb investigacions que van dur a la pràctica aquests autors i el DSM, configuren el que avui és el concepte de Trastorn d’Espectre d’Autista (TEA). La segona part posa de manifest tot el que fa referència a l’atenció primerenca. S’ha realitzat una recerca de la bibliografia sobre que és l’atenció primerenca, de les diverses definicions que elaboren els autors, la normativa vigent, els objectius i principis bàsics d’aquesta intervenció primerenca, els tipus d’intervenció, la població a qui va dirigida, àmbits d’actuació, els mètodes que s’utilitzen... En definitiva, el contingut exposa una sèrie de coneixements bàsics i interessants sobre el tema central del Treball de Fi de Grau.

[eng] The final grade aims to autism and early care aimed at children and autistic children, seeking information about the meaning and everything that involves the term of early attention. The first part conducted a historical evolution of the disorder of autism, where from the first mention was made that the term Bleuler was creating what we now know as ASD (autism spectrum disorder). This development highlights the various proposals of different authors on the disorder, and especially can be seen through the DSM during the years he was classifying disorders. The DSM is an important time to develop diagnostic criteria and severity levels that make you a disorder. Therefore, the author proposed, along with research that led to the practice of these authors and DSM, form what is now the concept of Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The second part shows everything that refers to early attention. We conducted a search of literature that talks emerged as the early attention of the various definitions that make the authors regulations, objectives and basic principles of this early intervention, intervention rates, people to whom it is addressed, areas of activity, the methods used ... in short, the content exhibits a series of basic knowledge and interest about the focus of the final Grade.
