Transició a la vida adulta. Influència del sistema educatiu i funció dels educadors/es socials

Abstract

[cat] La transició a la vida adulta és un dels processos més determinants en la vida dels joves a causa de la seva repercussió en termes de integració a la societat i desigualtats socials. El sistema educatiu, la família i l’entorn dels joves tenen un pes determinant en com es desenvoluparà aquest procés de transició i fan que es reprodueixin o no les desigualtats existents en la societat. En aquest treball el que es pretén és, dins el context i característiques de la societat de la Unió Europea, analitzar les característiques d’aquesta transició, el pes del sistema educatiu i l’ajuda que pot suposar la introducció de la figura de l’educador/a social, sobretot en el sistema educatiu espanyol. Amb el següent anàlisi, reflexions i reptes de futur proposats es pretén ajudar a la millora de la figura de l’educador/a social en el sistema educatiu espanyol en aspectes com la definició de tasques, augmentar la seva presència en els centres educatius i aconseguir un igual suport legislatiu en totes les Comunitats Autònomes d’Espanya.

[eng] The transition to adulthood is one of the most important processes in the life of young people because of its repercussion on issues of integration in society and social inequalities. The educational system, the family and the environment of the young people have a decisive weight in how this transition process will take place and the existing inequalities in society are reproduced or not. In this project, what is intended is, in the context and characteristics of European Union society, to analyze the characteristics of this transition, the weight of the education system and the help that can be the introduction of the figure of the social educator, mainly in the Spanish educational system. With the following analysis, reflections and proposed future challenges is intended to help improve the figure of the social educator in the Spanish education system in areas such as the definition of tasks, increase their presence in schools and achieve an equal legislative support in all the states of Spain.
