[eng] Collaborative interdisciplinary practice in health can be defined as a set of health professionals working together and with a common goal: to improve the health status of people in all areas. This bibliographic review aims to identify the impact of this interdisciplinary practice on the quality of health care. In the same way that it is interested in determining how this practice affects the professionals themselves, what relationship efficiency/effectiveness has with respect to the health system and to distinguish what are the opinions that patients have. The methodology used has been a bibliographic search in the databases PubMed, PsyInfo, LILACS, EBSCOhost and Cochrane, as well as a search of reverse bibliography. Of the 24 selected articles, a thematic and critical analysis of the contents has been made. In conclusion, we highlight the evidence of a positive health impact of interdisciplinary practice on quality of care. As well as the appearance of clear benefits both by the professionals as well as by the health system and the patients treated. In contrast, it explains the need for a greater interest in the opinion of the patient and the training of future professionals in the field of interdisciplinarity.
