Projecte empresarial de l'agroturisme Sa Mata Nova

Abstract

[cat] Sa Mata Nova és una finca agrícola situada al terme municipal d‟Algaida, al pla de l‟illa de Mallorca. Actualment es dedica a la producció agrícola de diferents varietats de fruits, principalment ametlles, garroves i amb menor quantitat olives. Gràcies al creixent interès cap al turisme rural, s‟ha decidit realitzar un projecte empresarial d‟un agroturisme amb l‟objectiu d‟incrementar el valor de la finca i, amb l‟explotació, aconseguir un rendiment que permeti la conservació de la possessió. Per a realitzar el projecte empresarial s‟ha fat un estudi de la situació actual i del sector turístic, posteriorment s‟ha elaborat un pla de màrqueting i finalment un anàlisi financer on es pot observar el rendiment positiu de l‟activitat.

[eng] “Sa Mata Nova” is a property which is located in the town of Algaida, in the centre of the island of Mallorca. It is currently dedicated to the agricultural production of different varieties of fruit, mainly almonds, carob and, in less quantity, olives. Thanks to the increase of rural tourism, it has been decided to create a farm holiday business project which has two aims. First, to increase the value of the property and, secondly, to preserve the farmhouse and the benefits of its economical activity. In order to develop this business project, a study of the current situation and the touristic sector has first been carried out. Moreover, a marketing plan has been developed and, finally, a financial analysis whose positive result can clearly be seen, has taken place.
