Análisis de comparación de medidas, sobre un modelo de cohorte, entre intervenciones con y sin perspectiva de género en mujeres víctimas de violencia de género

[spa]El objetivo del presente estudio es evaluar la efectividad de la intervención grupal del Servei d’Assistència Psicològica a Dones (SAPD), en Palma, para mujeres víctima de violencia de género. La intervención consta de 10 sesiones en las que se utilizan técnicas para la disminución de ansiedad, depresión y sintomatología postraumática, técnicas para reducir el impacto de emociones como culpa, miedo o vergüenza, psicoeducación sobre violencia de género, así como perspectiva de género de manera transversal. Para ello, se utilizan los instrumentos: Beck Depression Inventory, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory/Self Evaluation Questionnaire, e Inventario de Pensamientos Automáticos. Posteriormente estos resultados se comparan con los obtenidos en el Centro de Asistencia Sanitaria (CAS) de Sant Cugat del Vallès, con una estructura similar, pero sin incluir perspectiva de género. Los resultados indican que la sintomatología se reduce tras la intervención grupal del SAPD, y que no hay diferencias significativas entre los resultados allí obtenidos, y los conseguidos en el CAS. [eng]The aim of the present study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the group intervention in the Servei d’Assistència Psicològica a Dones (SAPD), in Palma, for women who have been victim of gender violence. This intervention has 10 sessions, where different techniques are used to decrease anxiety, depression and posttraumatic symptomatology, techniques to reduce the impact of emotions like guilt, fear, and shame, psychoeducation, as well as gender perspective. Used instruments are Beck Depression Inventory, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory/Self Evaluation Questionnaire, and Inventario de Pensamientos Automáticos. Later, these results are compared with the ones obtained in the Centro de Asistencia Sanitaria (CAS), in Sant Cugat del Vallès, which has similar structure, without using gender perspective. Results show that symptomatology decreases after the SAPD intervention, but there are not significant changes between both interventions. Limitations of this study, which affect results, are discussed at the end of this paper.
