Evaluación de un proyecto empresarial

Abstract

[spa] El presente documento consiste en un plan de empresa cuya finalidad es el estudio de la viabilidad de un negocio enmarcado dentro del sector de la hostelería. Concretamente, se trata de un hotel de interior, de carácter familiar, ubicado en el municipio de Capdepera. Como propuesta de valor se apuesta por ofrecer un producto de calidad acorde a las necesidades y preferencias del cliente. Con el fin de lograrlo, el establecimiento no solo ofrecerá servicios de alojamiento y manutención, sino también todo un conjunto de actividades estrechamente relacionadas con la gastronomía y cultura balear. Durante el transcurso del plan se han estudiado diversas variables clave para el funcionamiento de una empresa como es la planificación de recursos humanos, la cuantificación de la inversión inicial y las fuentes de financiación necesarias, previsión de ingresos y gastos.... Todo ello con la finalidad de analizar la viabilidad de la idea de negocio propuesta.

[eng] The objective of this project is to look at the feasibility of a business that is within the hospitality industry. Specifically this will be a boutique hotel, with a family character located in the municipal of Capdepera. Providing high value service the hotel will offer high quality products along with being aware of the needs and preferences of the client. With the goal not only offering accommodation and board but exhibiting a range of activities to the guests related to the gastronomy and Balearic culture. During the course of this assignment several important variables presented itself such as, human resources, initial investment and funding sources, as well as, the forecasting of outgoing and incoming costs proved to be essential to the functioning of the business. Analysing the viability of the proposed business idea will be the main aim we want to achieve.
