Este es el caso de Leroy Merlin ESPAÑA SA que su cadena de suministro facilita muchos productos de diferentes orígenes a todos los recodos de una gran población como es España. La cadena de suministro de dicha empresa va desde el proveedor inicial hasta el cliente final, pasando por diferentes flujos llamados Logística. La logística es un eslabón de la cadena de suministro de Leroy Merlin muy importante ya que relaciona todas las conexiones posibles entre todos sus establecimientos y hace posible que existan tiendas alrededor de todo el territorio español. Con 4 almacenes gigantescos y un operador logístico de gran envergadura a nivel mundial (es el caso de Azkar) Leroy Merlin ha conseguido todo su éxito en años pasados y seguro que son de vital importancia en años venideros.
