[eng]. This work explains some indicators from two companies of the metallurgical industry sector in order to be compared with each other. These companies that I am going to explain are "Hierros y Aceros S.A." and "Ferraceros Ordinas S.L." "Hierros y Aceros S.A." has best results of all the factors analyzed than "Ferraceros Ordinas S.L.". The future of these companies is completely different. “Hierros y Aceros S.A.” will continue in business. On the other hand, "Ferraceros Ordinas S.L." is in bankrupt and this company may disappear.
