Organitzacions post convencionals: anàlisis i estudi d'un cas

Abstract

[cat] La recerca que es planteja a continuació pretén acostar-se a un tema que cada vegada està agafant més força i importància: la necessitat de canviar el model econòmic actual. D’aquesta manera la intenció d’aquest estudi és presentar senzilla i breument els diferents models econòmics post convencionals, que proposen diversos autors i que, de fet, algunes empreses ja estan aplicant i demostrant que sí són viables i, inclús, més satisfactoris doncs són uns models holístics i, per tant, són més humans i ecològics. Per concloure el treball es farà la presentació del cas de Som Energia, una empresa post moderna espanyola del sector energètic. Mitjançant aquest exemple és pretén fer més visible l’aplicació pràctica i real d’aquestes noves pràctiques i models econòmics.

[eng] The research that will be exposed tries to approach a subject that is increasingly taking more importance: the need to change the current economic model. The intention of this study is to present briefly the different postconventional models proposed by various authors and which some companies are already using and demonstrating that they are possible and more satisfactory because they are holistic models and, therefore, they are more human and ecological. To conclude the work will be presented the case of Som Energia, a postmodern Spanish company in the energy sector. This example is intended to make more visible the real and practical application of these new practices and economic models.
