La retribución flexible y la Administración Pública

Abstract

[spa] Cada vez es mayor la importancia que adquiere la retribución flexible como herramienta de compensación salarial por parte de las empresas a los trabajadores, no sólo por las ventajas económicas que supone sino también por las que se derivan del salario emocional ligado a la motivación y conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar, que hacen que se traduzca en mayor eficiencia por parte del trabajador y al final en mayores beneficios para la empresa. Esta creciente importancia y beneficios de la retribución flexible es ya demostrable en el ámbito de la empresa privada, lo que se investiga y analiza además en este trabajo es su implementación en el ámbito de la Administración Pública y más concretamente los beneficios que supondría la aplicación en las universidades.

[eng] Every time is increasing the importance that acquires the flexible compensation as tool of wage compensation on the part of the companies to the workpeople, not only for the economic advantages that he supposes but also for those who stem from the emotional salary tied to the motivation and conciliation of the labor and familiar life, which they do that it is translated in a bigger efficiency on the part of the worker and in the end in major benefits for the company. This increasing importance and benefits of the flexible compensation is already demonstrable in the ambience of the private enterprise, what is investigated and analyzes also in this work is its implementation in the ambience of the Public administration and more specifically the benefits that the application would suppose in the universities.
