Anàlisi dels plans d’stock options a Espanya

Abstract

[spa] En este trabajo, se va a realizar un resumen en un Excel sobre todos los documentos aportados en materia de hechos retributivos que aparecen en la web de la CNMV, extrayendo unas características comunes para todos los planes retributivos. Posteriormente, se mostrarán las principales conclusiones acerca del análisis de estos planes, tales como que tipo predominan, para finalizar con una serie de críticas al sistema actual de recopilación de información que lleva a cabo la CNMV y realizar una serie de propuestas con el objetivo de facilitar en un futuro la interpretación de la información a los lectores.

[eng] In this paper, a summary is going to be performed on an Excel about every contributed document on the matter of salary facts which appear in the web of the CNMV, extracting common features to all of the salary plans. Subsequently, it will be shown the main conclusions about the analysis done of this plans, such as which type predominate, to finish with a series of critics about the system and the actual way the CNMV collects information, and perform a series of proposals with the goal of facilitating, in a future, the interpretation of the information to the readers.
