Análisis de los ingresos, costes y rentabilidades de la empresa Niamey, S.A.

[spa] En este trabajo, se realizará el análisis de una empresa, en este caso la seleccionada ha sido Niamey S.A., la cual en adelante será llamada Sociedad, desde el punto de vista de los costes, ingresos y rentabilidades que ésta obtuvo durante los períodos 2010, 2011, 2012 y 2013, gracias al desarrollo de su actividad profesional. Pero, cabe señalar que se han llevado a cabo una serie de modificaciones especiales para el análisis de costos e ingresos puesto que para este estudio específico, se han eliminado tanto costos como ingresos que no provienen directamente de la explotación del objeto social de dicha empresa, como es el caso de cargas sociales o ingresos financieros provenientes de las Inversiones en empresas. No obstante, para el análisis de las rentabilidades, al haberse analizado los ratios, sí se han adquirido todos los datos necesarios sin la eliminación de partidas. Por tanto se expone que los análisis se han llevado desde una perspectiva a nivel de contabilidad interna, mientras que el análisis de rentabilidades, referido al apartado de Ratios, desde un punto de vista de contabilidad externa. Para ello, se llevará a cabo una división del estudio en tres partes, según sea la variable a estudiar: costes, ingresos y rentabilidades, dónde en ésta última, se hará una distinción entre beneficios y análisis de ratios. De esta forma, se podrá obtener una mejor visión de los resultados obtenidos por la Sociedad, así como las diferentes acciones que se han llevado a cabo. Además, se introducirán tablas, para una mejor visión de dicho estudio ya que en ellas se reflejarán los datos específicos analizados. Para finalizar el análisis, se elaborará una conclusión a raíz de los datos obtenidos con el estudio individual de las variables seleccionadas y poder otorgar los comentarios oportunos.
