Els treballs pràctics a l’àrea de biologia i geologia a l’educació secundària (4t ESO)

Abstract

[cat] Els treballs pràctics són un tipus d’activitats que permeten treballar la part més pràctica de les ciències i ajuden a adquirir una sèrie d’habilitats per tal de resoldre problemes de caràcter científic. Existeixen una gran diversitat de tipologies de treballs pràctics entre les quals hi trobem les experiències, els experiments il·lustratius, els exercicis pràctics i, per acabar, les investigacions. Està demostrat que els treballs pràctics estimulen la motivació, ajuden a comprendre millor els conceptes teòrics, permeten que l’alumnat adquireixi una sèrie d’habilitats manejant instruments de laboratori, etc. A més, treballen les competències que s’estableixen en l’actual llei educativa. Una de les competències més importants dins l’àrea de biologia i geologia és la competència científica-tecnològica, la qual permet entendre i interpretar fenòmens del món que ens envolta. D’altra banda, els treballs pràctics han de ser avaluats per tal de detectar problemes i intentar resoldre’ls i, així millorar el procés d’aprenentatge. En cada cas, el docent ha d’escollir els instruments d’avaluació en funció dels objectius que es pretenen aconseguir. En aquest treball de fi de màster es realitza una proposta on es desenvolupen un total de cinc treballs pràctics relacionats amb els continguts del currículum vigent de l’àrea de Biologia i Geologia adreçats a l’alumnat de 4t d’ESO.

One of the most important skills in the area of biology and geology it’sthe scientific and technological competence, which allows us to understand and interpret phenomena in the world around us. Moreover, practical work should be evaluated to detect problems and try to solve them and thus improve the learning process. In each case, the teacher should choose the assessment instruments according to the objectives to be achieved. In this final master is done on a proposal developed a total of five assignments related to the content of the curriculum in force of Biology and Geology field, aimed to the students of 4th ESO.
