dc.description.abstract	[eng] Airbnb has become one of the most important accommodation companies in the tourism sector, creating a new way to travel and changing the accommodation sector. But what says the guest about their experience? It is positive or negative? Can we compare this kind of accommodation to the hotel sector?Airbnb has increased the pressure in areas as Magaluf? Through this project we are going to study two of the main touristic areas in the Balearic Island; Calvía and Andratx. We are going to analysethe reviews that the guest has left in 2016 to know how their experience was and compare 3 main aspects between hotels and Airbnb properties in order to find the answer of these questions.	ca
