El dret al joc i la seva projecció pública actual a Espanya

Abstract

[cat] El present treball pretén posar èmfasi en un dels drets més indispensables i, al mateix temps, més oblidat dels infants: el dret al joc. Aquest dret esdevé clau a partir de la seva formalització a la Convenció dels Drets de l’Infant de 1989, però ja molt abans s’havia parlat del joc i de tots els seus beneficis per l’infant. Així, es definirà què és el joc, es farà un breu repàs del joc al llarg de la història, s’exposarà quina és la importància que té en el desenvolupament de l’infant, quins són els documents oficials en els quals s’ha vist reflectit i es farà un apunt sobre les joguines. Finalment, es culminarà el treball amb una investigació sobre quina és la projecció que es fa d’aquest dret al nostre país, quins són els materials que es redacten per projectar-lo i s'extrauran conclusions.

[eng] The present work intends emphasise one of the most indispensable rights and, at the same time, the most forgotten of children: the right to play. This right became key from its formalization in the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989, but much earlier there was talked about the game and all its benefits for the child. So, it will be defined what the game is, it will be made a brief review of the game throughout history, it will be explained what is the importance that it has in the development of the child, what are the officials’ documents in which it has been reflected and a note will be made about the toys. Finally, the work will be reached its highest point with an investigation about what is the projection that is made of this right in our country, what are the materials that are written to project it and it will be deducted conclusions.
