Vivienda turística vacacional: conflictividad turística en las principales ciudades europeas

[spa] En el siguiente trabajo se van a mostrar los distintos conflictos surgidos a partir de la aparición de la modalidad de vivienda turística vacacional. La investigación se centrará en analizar los dos conflictos más latentes: la turismofobia y la masificación. Además, se realizará un análisis comparativo de cinco ciudades europeas: Ámsterdam, Berlín, Barcelona, París y Londres. Se hará hincapié en sus regulaciones y normas, obtenidas mediante las fuentes oficiales de cada país, así como, en sus conflictos. Finalmente, se expondrán previsiones de futuro basadas en información obtenida mediante prensa y fuentes de gobierno.

[eng] In the following assignment different conflicts arisen from holiday rentals will be presented. The investigation will be focused on analyzing two main conflicts: the tourismphobia and the massification. Moreover, a comparative analysis of five European cities will be conducted. These being Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Barcelona and Paris. The emphasis will be on their regulations and conflicts obtained by official sources. Finally, future previsions will be exposed based on the information obtained on the press and government sources.
