[eng] The project in question deals with the purchase by our chain of a 3-star hotel, with more than 30 years old, located in Alcudia on the island of Mallorca and reforming it with the idea of bringing it to a quality level of 4 stars and add the MICE organization.
In recent years, there has been an upward trend in tourism in Mallorca and in various segments, with high and constant interest on the part of tourism considered of “high standing", a similar discourse for the island's real estate

market, which presents homes with prices that have ten million euros. This trend has consequently generated many important investments over the years, both by the historic hotel chains of Majorca of global importance such as Sol Meliá or Iberostar, as well as by foreign investors. It must be remembered that Mallorca has this market situation because it is a very beautiful island that gathers several important aspects such as climate, accessibility and a landscape that in such a small territory has mountains, plains and very active beaches, let's say that many people like this so much for sightseeing as well as for moving to live.
Our purpose, driven by the reasons that I have explained, will be to invest in a 3-star structure and raise its quality in order to be at the level of the competitors, we have chosen the Alcudia area in the north of the island.
We will develop an analysis of the market situation and be able to develop a marketing and feasibility plan. It is concluded that our project is viable with the financial plan, understanding that the bet is feasible with a projection of at least 5 years, obviously, the ideal would be to develop a strategy that allows us to increase revenues and reduce expenses, especially when it will arrive low season.
