Anàlisi de Viabilitat Integral d’un projecte empresarial en el sector turístic

Abstract

[spa] El objetivo de este trabajo es el anàlisis de viabilidad integral de un establecimiento turístico en las Islas Baleares. Dado que en los últimos años se esta hablando mucho de la necesidad de desestacionalizar Mallorca y evitar las los enormes flujos de turistas que se llegan a la isla sobretodo en temporada alta, he tomado la decisión de enfocar mi modelo de negocio de la siguiente manera. El modelo de negocio que he elegido es una casa rural, mas concretamente, dedicada al cicloturismo. Es decir, especialmente acondicionada para un tipo de turismo que en los últimos años ha sufrido un aumento muy grande y que cada vez es mas normal de ver en cualquier época del año. Es por ello y por el efecto desestacionalizador que conlleva que ha sido elegida como modelo de negocio. Se tiene la idea de que es un tipo de establecimiento poco explotado a dia de hoy y de caràcter novedoso. Cabe destacar que no serà destinado exclusivamente a un turismo de bicicletas, pero que contarà con instalaciones especialmente dedicadas para este tipo de turistas.

[eng] The main objective os this paper is to elaborate a viability study of a turístic establishment on the Balearic Islands. In recent years we are talking a lot about the need to deseasonalise Mallorca and avoid the huge flows of tourists that arrive to the island especially in high season. So I have decided to focus my business model as follows. The business model I choose is a rural House, dedicated especially in cycle tourism. That means, conditioned for a type of tourism that in recent years has got a very large increase and is becoming more normal to see it at any time of the year. It is for this reason and due to the deseasonal effect that it has been chosen as the business model. The idea is that it is a type of establishment that has not yet been exploited at all nowadays. It has to be mentioned that will not be exclusively dedicated to bicycle tourism, but will have facilities specially dedicated for this type of tourists.
