Bilingüismo y desarrollo cognitivo

Abstract

[spa] El trabajo que a continuación se va a exponer tiene como principal objetivo conocer el funcionamiento del bilingüismo y sus efectos en el desarrollo cognitivo. Para ello se pretende dar una visión global sobre el tema. A lo largo de la investigación se expondrán diferentes puntos de vista para entender el bilingüismo: su funcionamiento, a que afecta, que significa ser bilingüe, tipos que hay etc. Además se intenta comprobar si, en efecto, el cerebro de los bilingües discierne mucho del de los monolingües.

[eng] The assignment that is going to be developed has as his main goal to know the function of the bilingualism and his effects in the cognitive development. To archive this aim my intention is to give a global view of the subject. Through all the investigation I’ll try to expose different viewpoints to understand bilingualism: his function, it effects, what does it mean to be a bilingual person, what types … also I’ll try to check if, indeed, the bilingual brain is different from the monolingual ones.
