Determinantes de la oferta de trabajo femenino, interacciones entre trabajo remunerado, tareas domésticas y cuidado de los hijos

Abstract

[eng] The aim of this study is to investigate the causes which make the woman takes decisions regarding her time. To this end, we analyzed which aspect of the women’s life makes her to devote more hours in childcare, in the home care or in paid work. For this we have used the data base that belongs to the survey "Russia Longitudinal Monitoring Survey". We look that depending on the circumstances surrounding the woman such as the situations of the husband or family structure, women dedicate more hours to one aspect or other. We also analyze the incorporation of women into labor market and the difficult situations between family life and work life.
