Atenció de l'alumnat amb altes capacitats des del perfil del docent

Abstract

[cat] L’alumnat amb altes capacitats intel·lectuals conforma un col·lectiu heterogeni i engloba diverses categories que es defineixen, de manera general, per unes aptituds intel·lectuals elevades. A més, són moltes i diverses les alternatives i mesures d’atenció a partir de les quals es poden cobrir les necessitats d’aquest alumnat, fent possible el seu progrés i el màxim desenvolupament de les seves capacitats. Així, la seva identificació i, consegüentment, la seva atenció i intervenció tenen una importància primordial i evident dins tots els centres educatius. A mode d’anàlisi, en aquest treball es desenvolupa un estudi sobre 6 instituts d’Educació Secundària Obligatòria de la zona nord de Mallorca i els seus respectius docents, on es pretén obtenir una visió real de la situació que es viu avui en dia entorn a l’atenció d’aquest alumnat des del perfil del professorat, tenint en compte la seva formació, la presència d’aquest alumnat a les seves aules, les mesures d’atenció adoptades, l’ús del departament d’orientació i les dificultats que es deriven d’aquesta atenció, les quals s’intenten pal·liar a través d’una proposta didàctica.

[eng] The students with high intellectual capacities make up a heterogeneous collective which comprehends several categories which are defined, generally, by high intellectual abilities. Moreover, there are many and varied alternatives and attention measures from which these students' needs can be covered, allowing their progress and the maximum development of their capacities. Thus, the identification and, consequently, the attention and intervention have an essential and evident importance in all educative centers. As a kind of analysis, this paper offers a study about six high schools from the North area of Mallorca and their respective educators, which attempts to offer a real view of the current situation regarding the attention of these students from the teachers' profile, taking into account their formation, the presence of these students in the classrooms, the attention measures taken, the use of the orientation department and the difficulties which are derived from this attention, which are tried to be alleviated through a didactic proposal.
