Nous mètodes per millorar la competència lèxica en Llengua Anglesa

Abstract

[cat] Aquest Treball de Fi de Màster té com a objectiu principal analitzar i presentar tota un sèrie de propostes, principalment dues, que poden conduir a una millora en la competència lèxica en Llengua Anglesa. S’intentarà donar a conèixer nous mètodes per a que els joves se sentin segurs a l’hora d’aprendre i adquirir el vocabulari en una nova llengua que no és la seva. Primerament s’analitzarà de manera exhaustiva tot allò que gira entorn de la competència lèxica, veurem el que diversos autors de renom poden opinar al respecte i, a més, que se’n diu al Currículum de les Illes Balears. Seguidament, recollida tota la teoria, es farà un treball de camp per a veure amb dades reals les dinàmiques i les metodologies que usen els professors de Llengua Anglesa del Col·legi Sant Francesc de Palma just a l’hora de practicar el vocabulari en anglès. I, en darrer terme, apareixerà la meva proposta de millora. Les pàgines web (o aplicacions mòbils) Duolingo i Babbel no poden quedar a un trist segon pla. En aquestes línies veurem com aquestes poden aportar un canvi positiu a l’aprenentatge i adquisició de l’anglès al diversos centres de les Illes.

[eng] This End of Master paper aims to analyze and show a series of proposals, concretely two, that could guide students to improve lexical competence in English. The attempt will be made to know new methods so that young learners feel confident while learning and acquiring new vocabulary in other languages. Firstly, it will be thoroughly analyzed everything regarding the topic of lexical competence, we will study what known authors have to say about this; and, also, what is said in the Balearic Curriculum. Consecutively, all theory considered, it will be planned a field research just to know the methodologies and dynamic phases of Sant Francesc de Palma English teachers while practising vocabulary aspects. And, finally, here is my suggestion of improvement. The websites (even mobile apps) Duolingo and Babbel cannot run in the background. Following these lines, we will be aware of the positive effects that both may provide while learning and acquiring English through various schools on the Islands.
