La Formació Professional a quatre cultures europees: Espanya, Alemanya, Finlàndia i Regne Unit. Exercici de Política Comparada

Abstract

[cat] En aquest treball es pretén estudiar els diferents models de Formació Professional a Europa a través d’un exercici de Política Comparada. Per a dur-lo a terme, s’ha seleccionat un estat representant de cada una de les cultures europees en termes de política educativa: Espanya, en representació de la cultura política sud-europea, Alemanya, en representació de la cultura política continental, Finlàndia, en representació de la cultura política nordeuropea, i el Regne Unit, en representació de la cultura política britànica. En el treball es durà a terme, en primer lloc, un estat de la qüestió de la Formació Professional en general. En segon lloc, i de cada un dels estats seleccionats, es farà una recerca i posterior exposició de les característiques principals dels seus sistemes de Formació Professional. Finalment, es durà a terme una anàlisi comparada i se n’exposaran les conclusions.

[eng] This work pretends to study the different models of Professional Formation in Europe through an exercise of Comparative Politics. To carry out it, four states have been selected representing each one of the European cultures in terms of educative politics: Spain, in representation of the south European political culture, Germany, in representation of the continental political culture, Finland, in representation of the north European political culture, and the United Kingdom, in representation of the British political culture. In the work will carry out, in the first place, a global vision of the Vocational Education. In the second place, and of each one of the states selected, I will do a research and exposition of the main characteristics of his systems of Vocational Education. Finally, will carry out an analysis compared and I will expose the conclusions.
