Empantallats: una reflexió critica sobre l'ús de les TIC en l'àmbit educatiu

[cat] Les tecnologies digitals estan agafant cada cop més protagonisme en el món educatiu. Els governs han invertit enormes quantitats de diners per omplir les escoles de tecnologia amb la creença/promesa que aquestes tecnologies transformaran l’educació cap a millor. En aquest TFM es farà una anàlisi crítica d’aquestes afirmacions, qüestionant el missatge eufòric de l’ús de lesTIC a l’aula. A partir de diferents articles i llibres d’especialistes en l’àrea d’educació i tecnologia, intentarem oferir una visió més realista de la situació actual i també exposarem els interessos polítics i econòmics que hi ha darrere d’aquest missatge entusiasta de les TIC a l’escola.

[eng] Digital technologies are increasingly taking a more central role in the educational world. Governments are investing huge amounts of money to fill the schools with technology with the belief/promise that these technologies will transform education for the better. This TFM will offer a critical analysis of these statements, questioning the euphoric message that goes hand in hand with the use of ITC in classrooms. Through the study of several books and articles by experts in the field of educational technology, we will try to offer a more realistic overview of the current situation. We will also highlight the political and economic interests that lie behind the enthusiastic message of the use of ITC in schools.
