Activitats físiques al medi natural. Una proposta educativa lúdica

[cat] El projecte consisteix en el disseny d'una unitat didàctica d'orientació per a un grup de 24 alumnes de 3r d'educació secundària obligatòria, uns alumnes que no coneixen aquesta modalitat esportiva. Els continguts a treballar s'allunyen dels que tradicionalment inclouen les unitats didàctiques d'orientació, ja que es ressalta el joc i la indagació com a instruments per arribar a descobrir aquest esport. La unitat didàctica constarà de sis sessions d'uns cinquanta minuts de duració cadascuna i l'objectiu principal és que l'alumne conegui els fonaments bàsics de l'esport de l'orientació, i que sigui conscient tant de la utilitat del medi natural com un excel·lent mitjà per a la pràctica fisicoesportiva, com de la necessitat del respecte i conservació d'aquest mitjà.

[eng] This project is about the design of an orientation lesson plan to a group of 24 students from 3rd of Secondary Education, students who have never seen the contents included in this sport. The contents are different from those traditionally include classical lesson plans, because of the importance it gives to the game and research as tools to discover this sport. The lesson plan consists of six sessions of fifty minutes duration each and the main objective is that students can learn and experience the basics of this sport, and to be aware of both the usefulness of the natural environment as an excellent mean for physical activity, such as the need to respect and conserve the environment.
