Pla d'Acció Tutorial per a la coeducació

[cat] La violència de gènere és un tema molt important present a les aules ja que ells i elles seran el futur i és per això que Solsona (2016) diu que una societat que es vol igualitària no pot establir aquesta diferència entre els éssers humans, dones i homes hem de ser valorats per igual. Aquest treball es compon de dues grans parts. Per una banda, les bases teòriques al voltant de la coeducació, sobre la qual es fa un repàs de la història i la normativa actual per poder entendre en profunditat el concepte. Durant aquesta primera part es poden trobar una sèrie de definicions sobre sexe i gènere que ajuden a aclarir a què ens referim quan parlem d’aquest tema. A la segona part del treball, trobem una proposta de Pla d’Acció Tutorial que introdueix un seguit d’activitats coeducatives per a dur a terme dins aquesta assignatura. Com diu Sanz (2010) la tutoria i l’orientació formen part de l’acció docent, és a dir tutor/a i orientador/a treballen conjuntament per a l’elaboració i aplicació d’aquest pla. Per entendre aquesta proposta cal destacar la importància de l’orientador/a en l’àmbit de la tutoria ja que aquesta s’ha de planificar a tots els nivells: la família, els alumnes i el professorat. És llavors quan a partir d’aquest punt i juntament amb el marc teòric es presenta una programació d’activitats per als alumnes de primer de secundària. Aquestes activitats volen fomentar la convivència del grup en base a la no discriminació per raons de sexe i/o gènere.

[eng] Gender violence is a very important issue present in classrooms as they will be the future and this is why Solsona (2016) says that a society that wants to be egalitarian cannot establish this difference between human beings, women and men we must be valued equally. This work consists of two major parts. On the one hand, the theoretical bases around co-education, on which a review of history and current regulations are made in order to understand in depth the concept. During this first part, we can find a series of definitions of sex and gender that help to clarify what we mean when we talk about this topic. In the second part of the work, we find a proposal for a Tutorial Action Plan which introduces a series of co-educational activities to be carried out within this subject. As Sanz (2010) says, tutoring and guidance are part of the teaching action, however tutor and counselor work together to develop and implement this plan. To understand this proposal, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of the counselor in the field of tutoring, as this must be planned at all levels: the family, students and teachers. Then from this point, and with the theoretical framework, a program of activities is presented for the students of the first year of secondary school. These activities aim to promote the coexistence of the group on the basis of non-discrimination on the grounds of sex and / or gender.
