La importància de l'Educació Emocional dins l'àmbit educatiu.

[cat] L'educació emocional és imprescindible dins el sistema educatiu per tal de crear una educació de qualitat pels nins i nines, per això és essencial treballar en xarxa amb l'equip d'orientació, docents i famílies. Treballar les competències emocionals des del Pla d'Acció Tutorial és fonamental, tot i que és necessari actuar de manera transversal a la resta d'assignatures per poder formar als adolescents que seran els futurs ciutadans de la societat. Per això, la figura de l'orientador s'ha de moure dins un paradigma inclusiu, i ha d'adquirir primerament totes les competències emocionals per ensenyar-les, i fomentar l'èxit de tots els alumnes. En aquest treball es presenta una anàlisi bibliogràfica, així com un disseny d'una proposta educativa enfocada a l'educació emocional i les competències. El principal objectiu d'aquest treball final de màster, és fomentar l'adquisició de les competències emocionals a adolescents als centres educatius a través del rol de l'orientador i la proposta educativa plantejada. Per tal de realitzar la proposta educativa, s'ha duit a terme els següents procediments: una anàlisi bibliogràfica sobre la situació actual, la recerca i anàlisis de diferents programes basats en l'evidència que contemplessin el nostre objectiu del treball. Per tant, es pot concloure que aquesta proposta educativa, podrà ajudar que els adolescents puguin adquirir les competències emocionals que els serviran per a la vida amb la intenció d'augmentar el seu benestar emocional.

Working on emotional skills from the Tutorial Action Plan is essential, although it is necessary to act in a transversal way in the rest of the subjects in order to train teenagers, the the future citizens of society. Therefore, the figure of the counselor must move within an inclusive paradigm, and must first acquire all the emotional skills to teach them, and foster the success of all students. This paper presents a bibliographic analysis as well as a design of an educational proposal focused on emotional education and skills. The main purpose of this master's thesis is to encourage the acquisition of emotional skills in adolescents in schools through the role of the counselor and the main educational proposal. In order to make the educational proposal, the following procedures have been carried out: a bibliographic analysis of the current situation, research and analysis of different programs based on evidence that contemplates the goal of the work. Therefore, it can be concluded that this educational proposal will be able to help adolescents acquire the emotional skills that will serve them for life with the intention of increasing their emotional well-being.
