i Orientació Laboral (FOL).
d’estratègies motivacionals a l’aula.

stage of Vocational Education and Training (VET). Concretely, it focuses on the
interdisciplinary course of Training and Career Guidance. The main reason for
this work is to ensure the motivation of students during all phases of their learning
process. This is key to the success of students and teachers and even to the
educational stage of Vocational Education and Training. First, the study proposes
an adapted questionnaire from the literature to measure motivation in the
classroom. The questionnaire is pre and post applicable to the intervention.
Second, the study reviews from the literature the most relevant motivational
strategies that affect design, implementation and appraisal of the teaching task.
Third, the study provides teachers with check-list a self-guide to ensure the
adoption of motivational strategies for the teaching practice. This guide can be
used by school officials such as the person in charge of the pedagogical line,
Head of Department or Head of Studies as a tool for evaluating and monitoring
motivation in classrooms. Finally, the work has a practical intervention to
demonstrate the application of the strategies mentioned in the self-guide.
