Análisis del cambio climático en las zonas turísticas de España

[spa] La industria turística se ha convertido en el primer sector nacional, lo cual ha provocado un impacto positivo en la economía y contribuyendo a aumentar el ingreso nacional e impactos ambientales, entre ellos el cambio climático. El turismo contribuye a este impacto porque aumenta la concentración de gases de efecto invernadero mediante el desplazamiento de turistas, sin embargo, también es vulnerable a él, ya que el calentamiento global provocará una reducción del potencial de la actividad turística en España. Es importante analizar el caso de las Islas Baleares porque su modelo turístico de sol y playa se verá afectado en gran medida por este calentamiento causando grandes consecuencias en su medio y su atractivo turístico.

[eng] The tourism industry has become the leading national sector, which has had a positive impact on the economy and has contributed to increasing national income and environmental impacts, including climate change. Tourism contributes to this impact because it increases the concentration of greenhouse gasses through the movement of tourists, however, it is also vulnerable to it, since global warming will cause a reduction in the potential of tourism activity in Spain. It is important to analyze the case of the Balearic Islands because its sun and beach tourism model will be greatly affected by this warming, causing great consequences in its environment and its tourist attraction.
