Millorar la motivació dels alumnes del Grau Superior en realització de projectes audiovisuals i espectacles, mitjançant l'aprenentatge basat en projectes

Abstract

[cat] La motivació és de les energies més importants per assolir els nostres objectius i imprescindible en l’educació. Si estam motivats, realitzam els aprenentatges amb il·lusió, alegria i de forma més àgil. Però en la Formació Professional sembla ser que el focus està més posat en seguir el currículum que en observar si realment els alumnes estan contents i satisfets amb el que aprenen. En la majoria d’alumnes de primer curs del Grau Superior en Realització de projectes audiovisuals i espectacles, s’observa una greu desmotivació. És per això que, es vol proposar a partir dels resultats d’una investigació d’aquesta manca d’interès, una estratègia didàctica que satisfaci les necessitats dels alumnes. En definitiva, fer reflexionar sobre la necessitat de l’enfocament, estructura del curs i la manera d’ensenyar els continguts d’aquest cicle de GS en Realització de projectes audiovisuals i espectacles, que es cursa al CIFP Júniper Serra.

[eng] Motivation is one of the most important energies to achieve our goals and essential in education. If we are motivated, we learn with enthusiasm, joy and in a more agile way. However, in Higher Education and Vocational Training, it seems that the focus is more on following the curriculum than on observing whether students are really happy and satisfied with what they are learning. In most first-year students of the Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) in Audiovisual Projects and Performances Production, there is a serious lack of motivation. That is why, based on the results of research on this lack of interest, we want to propose a teaching strategy that meets the needs of students. In short, to reflect on the need for the approach, structure of the course and how to teach the contents of this cycle of HNC in Audiovisual Projects and Performances Production, which is studied at the CIFP Júniper Serra.
