[eng] The National Social Assistance Policy/of 2004 instituted the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS),
responsible for managing the provision of social assistance services, aimed at families, children, young people,
and elderly people in situations of lack of social protection. Through Law nº 13.019/2014, partnerships
between public administration and non-profit entities are regulated. This study presents the public- private
collaborative experience based on the systematization of the authors' work in the formalization of the public
call processes established by the MROSC, between the Municipality of Campo Mourão, located in the state
of Paraná/Brazil, and the social assistance entities that make up the non-governmental network installed in the
municipality, in the year 2022. The study of documents and legislation was used to support the data analysis.
The results indicate that the realization of public-private partnerships is established transparently, through
public notices, meeting the requirements of the SUAS management. Another result is that the transfer of public
resources for the execution of social assistance services is regulated by the State since it is unable to meet all
the complex needs and demands presented by the public referenced in the PAS.
