Comercio exterior de Baleares y la política portuaria

[spa] Dada su situación geográfica de estar delimitada por el mar, las Islas Baleares tienen un problema de accesibilidad con el resto de las Comunidades Autónoma (CCAA) de España y con el resto del mundo. Esta situación hace que haya una frontera marítima con el resto de España y que genera por su puesto un sobrecoste en su comercio con el resto de España y evidentemente con el resto del mundo. Para ello, en este trabajo de fin de grado, vamos a centrarnos en el estudio de costes que intervienen en las operaciones de transporte marítimo que se enfrenta los agentes económicos entre la Isla, resto de España y el resto del mundo. En primer lugar vamos a identificar los elementos de costes en el transporte marítimo como tasas y tarifas… estos dos elementos serán el centro de interés de este trabajo. Para los cálculos de tasas y tarifas, es necesario conocer las definiciones teóricas de estas y luego nos queda de aplicar las formulas conocidas de la teoría en la práctica. Usaremos los datos felicitado por el tutor de este trabajo de fin de grado José Luis Groizard Cardosa y la ley española. Para acabar, presentamos los resultados, haciendo algunos gráficos y tablas para poder analizarlos.

[eng] Due to its geographical location as island chain surrounded by water, the Balearic Islands have a problem of accessibility with the rest of the Autonomous Communities (CCAA) of Spain, and with the rest of the world. This situation means that there is a water barrier between them and the rest of Spain, and that it generates an excessive cost for trade conducted with mainland Spain and obviously with the rest of the world as well. For this reason, the subject of this paper has been focused on the study of the costs involved in maritime transport operations faced by economic agents on the islands, in the rest of Spain and its territories, and the rest of the world. First we will identify the cost elements in maritime transport as rates and tariffs. These two elements will in fact, be the primary focal point of this work. For calculations of rates and tariffs, it is necessary to know the theoretical definitions of these calculations, and then the known formulas of theory currently in practice must be applied. We will use the data provided by the supervising tutor of this bachelor’s degree final project, Jose Luis Groizard Cardosa and the Spanish law. Then we will present the results, and demonstrate their significance graphically and with several charts and tables, making the data easier to analyze and explain.
