La comunicació interna en els centres educatius i el rol del director: programa de formació per a un director escolar

[cat] La comunicació és fonamental a les nostres vides com a éssers socials que som i, consegüentment, també és essencial i decisiva a l'àmbit laboral. Concretament, la comunicació interna és una peça fonamental dins l’engranatge d’un centre educatiu, que permet potenciar les capacitats dels equips, propiciant un adequat clima de motivació i contribuint a assolir els objectius de forma eficaç. Per tant, el present Treball de Fi de Màster va adreçat a destacar la importància de la comunicació interna en el funcionament d’un centre escolar i del rol del director com a líder pedagògic i de gestió, el que possibilita la formació d'un equip integrat i coordinat a fi d’aconseguir l’èxit organitzacional. El present document s’estructura en dues parts diferenciades: per una banda, s’ofereix una revisió literària sobre la comunicació interna i la seva extensió en els centres educatius, fent èmfasi en la importància del lideratge i del treball en equip per a l’adequat funcionament de l’organització. Per altra banda, es presenta l’estudi de cas d’un centre educatiu del nostre entorn proper, on es realitza una anàlisi exhaustiva dels processos comunicatius interns i de les principals figures del centre i, a partir d’aquesta, es proporciona un programa de formació adreçat a optimitzar les habilitats comunicatives del director, implicant la resta de l’equip directiu així com l’equip docent, amb la intenció de reforçar la relació i incrementar l’eficàcia del procés comunicatiu intern a través del treball cooperatiu.

[eng] As social human beings, communication is fundamental in our lives and consequently essential and decisive in the working sphere. Precisely, internal communication is a key part of an educational centre’s engine that enables the reinforcement of the team’s skills by creating an adequate motivational atmosphere as well as contributing to accomplish the aims effectively. Thus, the present Master’s Thesis will be focused on emphasising the importance of the internal communication in the functioning of a school centre and the role of the director as a pedagogic and managerial leader that facilitates the formation of an integrated and coordinated team so as to achieve the organisational success. This document will be structured in two main parts; on the one hand, a literature review on the internal communication and its extension in the educational centres is provided, highlighting the importance of the leadership and teamwork for an adequate functioning of the organisation. On the other hand, a case study on one of our educational centres in our immediate surroundings is presented. There, an exhaustive analysis on the internal communication processes as well as the main personalities of the centre is made. From this analysis, a formation program on the optimisation of the director’s communicative skills is provided, involving the rest of the management team as well as the teaching staff so as to reinforce their relationship and increment the effectiveness of the internal communication process through the cooperative work.
